Yes.....this creature is real.....it is microscopic, only reaching a maximum length of 2 mm. These things can survive in the vacuum of space, totally exposed to the solar and cosmic radiation. They can also hibernate for 10 years without food or water ( this is no joke). They can survive at temperatures just above absolute zero. It makes you wonder where they came from. They have been given the nickname of "water bears."
